As Customer Service Associate reporting to our Customer Service manager, you’ll operate across our customer services activities to support the implementation of our service, quality and projects. It’s a wide-ranging role involving:
Provides support in the entry-order process, ensuring that all orders are processed on the day.
Seeks information, analyzes and resolves all non-standard order requests. When they occur, action must be taken quickly and accurately. Involving and collaborating with other departments such as finance, regulatory etc..., if necessary, while also following-up with customers.
Collect specific documentation that must accompany each invoice, according to customer requirements.
Helps to solve situations that go beyond the processing of orders (back order , loss of orders, etc ... ) to internal and external customers
Generate appropriate documentation to keep the information accurate customer account status including your billing and shipping information to consider specific data by type of client.
Effective control and management of inventories, recommending actions for improvement when needed.
Must have knowledge of product replenishment process, making efficient management of the assets of the company. Must follow and understand the problems of availability of the pending order and national product.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, with great attention to detail.
Understand the key performance indicators that measure the productivity, quality and service level defined by senior management.
Continuously comply with BD’s core values and guiding principles.
Maintenance of the historical information files and other sales and billing documentation according to the statutory and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years of Customer Service experience :
Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Fluent in spoken English
Knowledge and experience within an ERP interface (SAP; JDE...)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular, with Microsoft Excel
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
