About the role
As a Tecnico Elettromedicale reporting to the Technical Service manager you will be in charge of delivering a high level technical support on the assigned BD IDS Technical Support related instruments and systems to the customer within the assigned region in order to guarantee customer happiness through an outstanding service and efficient proficiency in reported incidents and requests of the customer
Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
Remote support, diagnostics & troubleshooting
Field corrective actions & preventive maintenance, Devices Installation
Functional administrative reporting
Quality compliance
About you
Proficient in English
Availability to travel.
Resident in Rome area.
Pharma or Medical Devices experienced.
Instrumentation Blood Analysis (Liquids) experience would be an asset.
