As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to provide the best customer service to BD customers. Solving customer issues fast and accurately, ensuring a correct order to bill process, handling returns and credits if necessary and effective management of customers’ consignment inventories.
Educated FP II in Business Administration or Administration University degree, you´ll need a superb customer-facing/handling skills, supported by intermediate to advanced level skills in office applications, including MS Office, internet and computer functions, and proven history of learning new applications quickly. A strong communicator, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under demanding time constraints. In addition, you will also bring:
2 years of experience in customer service
Advanced level of English. Additional knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus.
First class time-management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-working skills
