About the role
We are looking for an entry level manufacturing trainee to join our new site in San Agustin de Guadalix.
Main responsibilities will include:
Support production department operations by performing different tasks assigned by your supervisor
Learn how to perform product assembly according to quality standards
Understand the importance of inventory management and how it can impact the efficiency of the plant
Work closely with other departments such as engineering or maintenance to support the resolution of any issues during production
Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on improving safety, reducing waste, and optimizing processes
Complete training sessions to acquire skills related to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Develop competencies in areas such as communication, teamwork, problem solving, decision making, etc
About you
Bachelor's or equivalent or Master's student studying a degree in Engineering
Internship Agreement Requirement: candidates my be able to sign an internship agreement with their university.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 / C1) since you will be participating in international projects.
Proficiency in Office tools; Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related software applications,
Knowledge of industrial statistics, AutoCAD and previous experience with project management will be valued.
