Opportunity summary
The role of Sr Analyst, Solution Integration Workplace and Shared Services , Americas is to serve as the conduit for all of Technology & Global Services core solutions on the Americas Business Partner Team. This individual will have deep knowledge of the workplace and shared service solution offerings that are available to internal customers. This individual will collaborate with the Business Partners, Core Areas of Delivery, Functional Excellence Organization and external specialists to design and shape solutions that bring value for our partners. In addition, this individual will be responsible for constantly identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement to bring technology, process and workplace solutions together.
This position reports directly to the Lead, Solution Integration, Americas and will be a member of the Americas Business Partner Team.
Job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include:
Develop a deep knowledge of Workplace, Shared Services and Functional Excellence Strategies and Platforms including short- and long-term road maps, introduction of new technologies and processes
Partner with Workplace, Shared Services and Functional Excellence teams to define, document, analyze and prioritize existing and emerging business requirements
Lead solution workshop and design sessions to define and develop solutions, ensuring they meet desired outcomes
Execute highly integrated, complex projects/improvements/work needed to implement technology, processes, or services to meet business requirements including consistent and effective communication, change management impact analysis, readiness and effectiveness, cut-over and go-live support, partner concern management and risk mitigation
Serve as a continuous connector who operates through the lens of what can be done to simplify and improve
Can work remotely
Qualifications & experience
The ideal candidate will bring together a combination of strategic understanding, business and technology experience, solution engineering skills, and the ability to communicate.
In addition, this person should also possess:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
6+ years of relevant experience in a business including work in more than one of the following technology, process or service areas:
Shared Service Center Operations and Analytics
Business Process Analysis and CI, Master Data & Process Governance
Facilities Management including technologies supporting physical security and physical asset management
Broad understanding of processes, technology and data across multiple functional disciplines (i.e., customer facing, service management, finance, etc.)
Experience with major ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, etc.) as well as leading commercial solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, etc.) and analytical platform and data tools
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity
Experience with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases
Preferred qualifications
Lean Six Sigma certification from an accredited organization (Green or Black Belt), including experience with LSS tools and continuous improvement fundamentals: Value Stream mapping, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.
PMP Certification
Master’s degree highly desirable
