The Analyst, Field/Call Center Support is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization and drive operational excellence. Includes data and technology management (data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management, and reporting.) In addition, supports and overlooks sales force effectiveness initiatives, specifically around sales management, planning, marketing and other parts of the business to promote sales excellence through metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching.

Typically is a college/university graduate or has equivalent experience. Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill. Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work. Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.
