BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Staff Quality Assurance Specialist Role in San Diego, California

Conducts data collection, data mining, analysis and reporting of data requests/reports.
Creates reports for Quality Metrics for Quality Meetings, Management Review, and other trending requests.
Integrates graphical elements into PowerPoint for management communication and the ability to present such information
Track and trends NCMRs, production data and Quality Management Systems (QMS) and follows escalation plan as required
Leads, Coordinates and schedules collaborative meetings across global business units related to Continuous Improvement initiatives
Leads root cause analysis, investigations, and corrective actions for Quality System elements (including CAPA and Internal Audit)
Works with other departments to ensures implementation of corrective actions and monitors the effectiveness of those corrective actions.
Performs Quality Reviews of NCMR’s to ensure all required activities to address the nonconformance are clearly identified and associated documentation/evidence is provided and attached before record closure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in science or other technical discipline.
A Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Root Cause Analysis experience, specifically in a regulated environment
Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel 2010 or later versions.
SAP experience preferred
Proven leadership and project management skills working in a collaborative team environment as evidence of successful completion of projects.
Must be proficient in Excel pivot tables
Ability to build charts and graphs that effectively communicate the desired analysis results.
Experience in drafting, collaborating, and executing of Validations
Technical background and medical device/ regulated industry experience is a key advantage.
