Job Description
Builds and sustains strong team environment with a culture of teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement and customer excellence
Define and deliver a customer service plan that focuses on overall customer experience to maintain loyalty of our established customer base
Recruit, mentor and grow team to ensure our services meet customers’ expectations
Provide direct input to help define and implement process improvements to increase effectiveness; provide consistency and competitive differentiation for our services
Independently examine and analyze the team’s performance against measured service levels and goals and demonstrate ownership for overall team results and work quality, providing timely and candid feedback to employees when necessary

Minimum Requirements:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in the biological sciences or biomedical engineering; however, an advanced degree may not be necessary if the individual has comparable knowledge and skills.
4-5 years of remediation experience with medical devices/equipment.

There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.

$82,200.00 - $135,600.00
