Job Description Summary
The HR Data Management Analyst reports to the Americas ASC Data Management Lead and is responsible for supporting associate’s data quality in BD’s HCM system. This role involves working with and supporting mainly internal customers and Subject Matter Experts across various teams as a Tier 2 support.
Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Support a diverse population of BD associates and various stakeholders.
Become a Subject Matter Expert on the various processes and system(s) supporting Data Management and Data Operations teams.
Collaborate with other Associate Service Center teams and CoE’s to identify potential data integrity issues and drive appropriate audit and mitigation strategies to ensure data quality.
Identify and research issues/system defects. Analyze, problem-solve and formulate resolutions through application of procedural documents, such as Desktop Procedures and best practices.
Liaise with Payroll and/or Country point of contacts with special requirements to complete data changes.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are evolving with the business growth and changes for effective delivery.
Aggressively problem solve Workday to Payroll system integration errors seeking out root cause; analyze and resolve in partnership with payroll vendor.
Lead and/or support special projects, via testing, input, and knowledge share.
Actively partner with internal stakeholders to flag any gaps in knowledge at tier 0 (HROne) and tier 1 (call scripts), support ASC Teams as needed.
Responsible for addressing and resolution of Workday inbox and Case submissions.
Responsible for ensuring timely and quality delivery to support client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Demonstrate ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
Effectively communicate with stakeholders via verbal or written.
Manage and support any escalated or high quality CIC cases.
Support Payroll activities through various audits and tasks.
Support business needs by supporting RIF activities through administrative support
