Responsible for sales plan, strategies, management of KOL, distributor management, finding new opportunities, fieldwork and implementing sales forecast that support marketing department

Job Description

  • execute the role with full regard of diabetic consumable products and new products in the coming year

  • Develop sales plans that are consistent with each segment direction and objectives

  • Develop new business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional Sales revenues, and improve profitability

  • Formulate and implement account management plans & strategies to achieve customer intimacy at key accounts to deliver customer satisfaction

  • Achieve sales targets by working closely with distributors and B2B customers

As a sales manager, you will

  • Develop realistic and achievable quarterly and yearly sales objectives

  • Achieve annual gross revenue and margin targets as planned

  • Analyze sales and financial information to monitor achievement toward sales and margin goals

  • Drive forecasting accuracy and predictability using Sales Force CRM

  • Staff the Sales Division and maintain communications with Sales colleagues so that they operate efficiently within established company policy and values.

Skills And Experiences Required

  • 10+ year experiences, minimum 7 years sales management

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Masters/MBA degree a plus.

  • Sales experience in medical products, preferring diabetic products as insulin pumps, BGM, and other injection devices

  • Ability to develop high level Customer & Distributor relationships

  • Routinely interface with existing and potential key customers

  • Keep the sales and marketing teams promptly and accurately informed of competitive activities, industry trends and products acceptance.

  • English communication preferred
