Job Description Summary

Job Description

  1. Lead and coordinate effective HEOR projects for key products at the operational level in line with agreed timeline, quality, and budget, working closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external research partners.

  2. Generate HEOR evidence including product value dossiers, HEOR models/tools, and all kinds of communication materials, using appropriate data, analytical expertise, and rigorous methodology.

  3. Generate value proposition materials to support market access and market activities including VoBP, insurance/hospital listing, and related KOLs visit, etc.

  4. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, MA/GA/KA, and related teams to identify key business challenges and unmet needs, provide targeted HEOR solution, and assure the appropriate value proposition incorporated throughout the product life cycle.

  5. Coordinate HEOR events which include the planning, organizing and implementation of a number of academic and business activities.

  6. Provide necessary HEOR training for internal and external stakeholders.

  7. Perform assigned routine tasks such as creating Power Point presentations, assembling reports, and analyzing data from team leaders.
