This position is mainly responsible for training, and provides business support in the areas of account management, contract management, billing and purchase process. We expect the role to be able to work as key gate keepers of company policy and internal/external rules, and have the expertise to train the team in specific area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）
Develop and deliver effective learning and development interventions to build organizational capabilities.
Strategy & Planning
Work closely with Sales, Service, Application, and related teams to identify key business challenges and unmet needs, provide targeted training solution. Work out and drive alignment on yearly/quarterly/monthly training plan in terms of topic and method with relevant department/functions to ensure seamless execution.
Deliver various training programs, including but not limited to new employee induction and on-boarding.
Develop and deliver training plans within the cluster region and evaluate training vendors performance against agreed service levels
Develop or oversee production of training materials such as processes, manuals, course materials videos and other tools to deliver training with best cost/quality ratio.
Use TTT to spread training throughout the organization/platform, optimizing use of existing.
Collect training feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
Keep all the training activities well-managed and process compliant.
Steer training related business system development and deployment.
Fully explore training digital tools to increase training efficiency.
Sales operation supporting
Responsible for supporting the operation of the established sales regions, communicating remotely with sales, qualify prospects and gather parts and contract sales leads data, make quotation, share solution details, close sales and order/contract processing.
Organize and participate in ad-hoc projects such as assessment and development centers and delivery of talent program modules.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES （技能）
Bachelor degree and above in Business, with minors in marketing & sales Minimum 3 years’ training experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with outstanding performance At least 3 years’ sales / marketing / SFE experience in medical or life sciences industry. Ability to work independently and experience in a team on multiple projects Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in cross-functional project. Strong negotiation willing and skill. Highest Ethical standards and judgment ability. Positive attitude and highly committed. Fluent English & Chinese (written and spoken). Good PC skill Ready for travel
