Job Description Summary
Position Title : Sales Representative
Business : BD IDS
Reporting to : Sales Manager
Location : Kyungsang area ( Busan )
Purpose of the position
Deliver sales target by developing sales strategies and executing plans for territory and accounts in alignment with the company and the team to achieve financial goals of the business.
Develop short-term and long-term sales strategy, execute sales plans through to launch and maintenance according to project plan.
Lead personal development having passionate attitudes towards the jobs
Contribute to the team's productivity by setting a good example for the team members and helping team as a lead sales representative of the team.
Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. ( Funnel management & New opp development )
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of distributors
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

BA in medical or healthcare related preferred
Over 5 years of sales working experience in the clinical laboratory or medical company(preferred).
Fluent English skills in written and speaking preferred.
Good level of competency in sales tools including SFDC, MS office,
Kyungsang province residents preferred
Trusted and professional relationships with dealers and key users at her current career
