Job Description

Position Title : Sales Representative

Business : BD IDS

Reporting to : Sales Manager, IM

Location : Seoul , Kyunggi

Purpose of the position

  • Deliver sales target by developing sales strategies and executing plans for territory and accounts in alignment with the company and the team to achieve financial goals of the business.

  • Develop short-term and long-term sales strategy, execute sales plans through to launch and maintenance according to project plan.

  • Lead personal development having passionate attitudes towards the jobs

  • Contribute to the team's productivity by setting a good example for the team members and helping team as a lead sales representative of the team.

Responsibilities

Account management

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. ( Funnel management & New opportunities development )

Distributor management

  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of distributors

  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

Account analysis

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

PIR Handling

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Team Collaboration

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

  • BA in Bio-Science or related preferred

  • Over 35 years of sales working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, clinical laboratory or medical company (preferred).

  • Fluent English skills in written and speaking preferred.

  • Good level of competency in sales tools including SFDC, MS office,

  • Trusted and professional relationships with dealers and key users at his current career.
