Job Description Summary
To develop & implement winning strategic marketing plan to drive the growth and to deliver the committed revenue target
To strengthen competitive edge of BDB by enhancing solution provider strategies to drive the sustainable & profitable growth
To create source of growth by successful new product launches and support with winning launch plan & effective implementation.
Prepare the promotional program to drive the growth and to deliver the revenue target based on well understanding on market and customer needs
Financial planning: Budget, Projection, ASR, Monthly forecasting
Actively lead & engage in digital marketing, e-commerce
Partner with relevant stakeholders for sales execution and achievement of marketing plan
Manage sales lead, opportunity, and activities through Salesforce.com
Ensure regular and timely submission of all reports as required, financial updates and progress against strategic programs.
Maintain a high level of technical expertise and product knowledge and keep up-to-date with changes in market environment and relevant technologies that may occur.
Tenders, contracts and pricing management: Ensure all tenders are submitted in a competitive manner that maximised value for BD and offers added value for the customer. Manage contracts register and put in place strategies to win and/or maintain business on an ongoing basis.
Put efforts to enhance the capabilities of marketing team as a manager

+10 years of marketing experience in Life-science industry
Marketing/sales experiences in biosciences/biotech industry would be an advantage
Effective people management & development skills
Strong management of business and segment activity and analytical skills to evaluate the issues and opportunities affecting the business
Base financial management skills will be necessary
Able to lead conversations on flow cytometry applications and consulting with researchers
Excellent English proficiency
