Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue target for BD Bioscience

  • Driving sustainable & profitable growth by setting and implementing differentiated & winning sales strategies based on understanding the bio market, the characteristics of customers and competition

  • Manage instrument pipelines to generate revenue and secure future sales opportunities for sustainable revenue growth with sales representatives

  • Manage and generate continuative reagent sales revenue at installed accounts with sales representatives

  • Effective distributor management to deliver revenue target and BD value offer sales

  • Develop strong expertise in the BDB products and market to support the various sales & marketing activities with relevant stakeholders

  • Sales opportunity & activity management by SFDC (SalesForce.com)

  • Manage and coach sales representatives based on BD way of selling and align sales process accordingly

  • Support new products launch on time with relevant stakeholders e.g. marketing

  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, customer needs and competitor activity and share with relevant stakeholders e.g. marketing, application etc.

  • Coordinate revenue recognition process across the company

  • Collaborate with marketing, application and sevice to create synergy and to improve the effectiveness of organization

  • Continue to improve the capabilities of sales representatives by offering periodic coaching and training opportunities

Qualifications

  • +10 years of sales experience in Life-science industry

  • Instrument business experience preferred in major companies

  • Strong customer relationship management skills
