Job Description Summary
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract for 15 mos.
Service call centers provide customers with an efficient service process and improve customer satisfaction by managing engineer's on-site visit schedules and responding quickly.
Enhance customer experience
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner knowledge and accurate information to customers.
Analyze and troubleshoot instrument problems over the phone
Track and record all technical issues from customers into the ServiceMAX.
Coordinate engineer's schedule.
Manage spare parts inventory - order, track and deliver spare part to field service engineer or Customer.
Manage the Calibration tools and installation report.
Communicate with regional service team.
Bachelor's Degree : Fresh graduate10 years work experiences in related filed.
Good computer skills to include working knowledge of MS Word, Excel
Fluency in English conversation and email communication
Experiences with SAP/SFDC will be preferred
