Job Description SummaryReporting to the Senior Manager of Commercial Training and Development, the Sales Enablement Analyst and Trainer is responsible for training, support and utilization of BD2 (Salesforce). Position will work closely with US Sales and Marketing Leadership team offering recommendations for benchmarking and reporting. Position will assist in the implementation of reports and reporting systems for both US Sales and Marketing.

Partner with sales and marketing to ensure sales enablement training and educational programs align with and drive corporate goals and initiatives. Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and techniques to update current training curriculum as appropriate. Monitor training results that include tracking information, effectiveness and feedback for sales associates.

Focus and scope of work includes development, delivery and maintenance of training for SFDC, Qlikview and Territory Business Planning.

Responsibilities:

US Sales Reporting

  • Develop and maintain system required to report sales

  • SFDC dashboards and reports to include creation, maintenance and training

  • Develop, review and analyze monthly metrics highlighting key trends and learnings for report out to sales leadership team.

Customer Centricity Tracking

  • Assess current tools tracking customer centricity

  • Design and develop future tools to optimize customer centricity tracking and impact on sales performance.

  • Train tools for the managers to measure sales team compliance and goals.

Analytical Support

  • Recommend reporting applications and tools to measure and identify potential sales opportunities that impact business strategies and decisions.

  • Work with functional leaders to develop standardized reporting methodologies, eliminate duplicate reporting, and effectively deploy and utilize sales reporting tools and reports.

Training

  • Delivery of BD2 training across New Hire Training Program

  • Support current end users

  • Manage assigned curricula to ensure course content is timely, current and in the appropriate format for home office and remote audiences

  • Creating and updating training materials

  • Developing and driving Super User Program

Key member of the US DS Sales Process Team

  • Capture voice of customer by working with all stakeholders to understands, track and detail requirements for future enhancements

  • Accurate reporting and analysis as required by the US Sales and Marketing organization.

  • Working with Sales Leadership to set direction and realistic goals.

  • Compliance with all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations/policies/procedures.

  • Compliance with all local BD quality policies/procedures/practices through consistent application of sound Quality Assurance principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Training or related field or equivalent experience and technical instruction

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in either a Sales Enablement or Sales Training

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote training tools

  • Proficient with Qlikview

  • Demonstrated ability to Incorporate needs analysis, wants and goals from different functional areas into business goals, training and utilization tracking

  • Understanding of business analysis techniques and strong data management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with all levels of management.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Basic knowledge of SAP, and dashboard related systems with experience building reports and dashboards a plus.

  • Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning/CBT applications and design principles are preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to act independently and effectively prioritize while leading small scale projects and teams

  • Ability to travel, as required

  • Experience with Regulatory environment preferred
