Job Description Summary

We are excited to introduce a new and fulfilling opportunity as Administrative Support Specialist within our Customer Care team! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about administration and wish to join the BD family, contributing to the advancement of global healthcare.

Customer Services is a strategic partner to both our customers and businesses and focus on creating exceptional customer experiences and generates revenue growth.

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract role with the added advantage of a home office opportunity, providing you with flexibility and convenience in your work environment. Your ideal location is Stockholm, but we are open to candidates from other Nordic countries.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed and issue service claims.

  • Engage in both inbound and outbound communication to effectively resolve customer inquiries.

  • Collaborate within the team to complete daily other customer service tasks in alignment with provided SLAs.

  • Participates in projects, quality initiatives to develop and maximize individual and customer service capacity

About you:

  • First experience in office environment

  • Adaptable to changing customer needs with a results-oriented approach.

  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Effective collaborator with diverse teams.

  • Proficient in Swedish and English.

  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications.
