A new and exciting opportunity for the position of Product Manager Infection Prevention and BioSurgery for Nordics has arisen. Reporting to the EU Marketing Director BioSurgery (EU Incubator strong line) and Nordics marketing Director (dotted line), the successful candidate will act as market expert for the IP and BioS division in the Nordics: She/he will be responsible for all product questions and product information.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Market development activities in close alignment with marker access and public policy teams to best shape the market for future adoption.

  • Generating and organising marketing activities as round table / advisory board / symposium.

  • Assisting with preparation of registration, information source for tender documentation.

  • Attending local sales meetings and provide product presentations and;

  • Managing distributors across the region in terms of contract alignment, commercial support and responding to queries.

Furthermore, you will provide sales force with tools when needed, identify product knowledge gaps and provide training accordingly and execute national and international competitive intelligence (products/markets and share operations on field). You would also be required to attend international and national congresses and other operations on field in order to assist sales reps and develop relationships with regional KOLs and scientific communities/associations in coordination with the National Sales Manager.

Experience in pre & post product launch is beneficial, such as surveys of market potential, forecasts and pricing with sales team, KOL identification, adjustment of strategey post launch, understanding reimbursement rules and developing tactics, measuring sales reps activity and comparing best practice.

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Post-graduate diploma in Marketing/Sales

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

  • Solid understanding of financials and work with teams to implement ROI standards, build success measurement tools, analyze results and effectively communicate results to management on individual projects.

  • Excellent English skills (oral and written)

  • Strong relationship building skills; demonstrated leadership coupled with the ability to work well with people at all levels and in all functions of the organization as well as with external agencies.

  • Good project management skills; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.

  • Excellent communications, technical and presentation skills.

  • Computer skills (Advanced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
