Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject matter expert for SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) strategically partnering with maintenance & operations to:

  • Support reliability engineering to monitor & report on asset performance & costs

  • Establish master data, governance & controls & ensure consistent use of fields within master data records

  • Develop SOPs & deliver reliability systems training to ensure all users are properly trained in system functionality & business use expectations

  • Oversee the data integrity and day to day operation of the CMMS system

  • Archive and restore data; support and maintain the CMMS System reports; run queries and create ad hoc reports

  • Monitor the CMMS System performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

  • Serve as liaison between vendor and the CMMS System Users to resolve issues

  • Manage CMMS System administration and configuration modules; workflow development and administration

  • Make basic modifications to the CMMS System screens on demand

  • Support the CMMS System Upgrade Projects

  • Support all CMMS environments, including testing, development, pre-prod, training and production

  • For training, usage support and master data management on SAP, and new frontend to be implemented soon

  • Serve as primary contact for the CMMS System Users and IT support

  • Liaise with IT to apply, test and verify fixes/patches to the CMMS System Assist in adding, modifying and granting access to the CMMS System

  • Identify and communicate the CMMS System defects to vendor and/or IT

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; higher level education degree preferred

  • 3-5 years' experience with CMMS systems required, SAP preferred

  • 3-5 years’ experience with processing and packaging equipment installation, maintenance and start-up, preferred

  • 3-5 years’ experience with plant facility and utility equipment maintenance, preferred

  • Capability includes demonstration of Servant Leadership attributes for interpersonal relations and team development skills, required

  • Formally trained in maintenance excellence requirements and processes and Planning and Control including, work control, priorities management, planning, scheduling, assignment and Managing KPI´s, required

  • CMMS: working experience with a CMMS tool (SAP Preferred)

  • Capable of listening, coaching and supporting communication skills related to training

  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Must be computer literate.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) preferred
