Job Description SummaryESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.Remove molded stopper pads from pallet and position onto Die Trim cavity belt.

2.Activate press and aside flash to tote (Hemogard only).

3.Climb Ladder at stopper fill station to perform hourly QC checks (four steps 3.5 feet high).

4.Notify setup and casepackers if defects are found.

5.Repeat steps one, two, three and four.

6.Monitor lube tank for consistent lube levels and add lube if necessary.

7.Record data on QC paperwork.

8.Maintain clean, organized work area.

9.Observe all safety and environmental procedures and QSR’s.

Load molded stopper pads onto Die Trim cavity belt and die punch molded stoppers. Maintain standard production, quality and waste.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
