Responsible for the preventive maintenance of injection molding equipment and extrusion printing equipment, the use and management of spare parts, the continuous improvement activities of injection molding extrusion printing equipment and molds and other production-related activities to ensure the continued normal operation of production and achieve operational goals
负责注塑模具设备及挤出印刷设备的预防保养，备品备件的使用管理，注塑挤出印刷设备和模具的持续改善活动及其他生产相关活动，保障生产持续正常运行，并达成运营指标。
- Complete the maintenance of molds and equipment in a timely manner to ensure that the molds and equipment are in good condition and operating stably
及时完成模具和设备的维护保养工作，确保模具和设备良好并稳定运行
- According to the formulated preventive maintenance plan, accurately complete the daily maintenance work of molds and equipment, report the discovered hidden dangers in a timely manner, and make reasonable suggestions.
根据制定的预防维修计划，准确完成模具和设备的日常保养工作，对发现的隐患及时汇报，提出合理化建议。
- Assist in mold and equipment improvement, process improvement, verification, etc.
协助做好模具及设备改善、工艺改进、验证等工作。
- Cooperate with injection molding, extrusion and printing to implement long-term improvement plans for defective products.
配合注塑挤出及印刷针对缺陷产品执行长期改善计划。
- Assist in daily management of spare parts.
协助进行备品备件的日常管理工作。
- Maintain good production site order and participate in on-site 5S management.
维持良好的生产现场秩序，参与现场5S管理。
- Complete improvement indicators on time and continuously improve daily work processes through KAS
按时完成改善指标，通过KAS持续改进日常工作过程
- Support production-related work to ensure output, reduce scrap rates, increase production capacity, etc.
支持生产相关工作，保障产出、降低废品率、提高产能等
Understand the relevant laws, regulations and technical standards of energy, understand and master the importance of energy conservation in this position. 了解能源的相关法律法规和技术标准，了解并掌握本岗位的节约能源的重要性
