Job Description Summary
As Supply Chain Project Manager you lead Supply Chain projects to improve regional EMEA supply chain processes. You build a lean, adaptive, learning organization demonstrating phenomenal Business Partnering, and by doing so you support future growth of our EMEA region.
You play a key role in the roll-out of critical initiatives and change in order to plan and execute strategies aligned to KBO’s and measured by core supply chain key performance indicators.
Project management within the supply chain. Projects may relate to Master Data / Order Management / Supply Chain Planning or Warehouse & Logistics or E2E optimization / cross-functional in nature
Plan & lead large scale projects identified in ASR roadmap
Maintain vital project documentation (for eg. RAID log); supervise and report progress
Set up project/program reviews, distribute project minutes.
Optimally resolve conflicts/differences and empower project team members to get tasks done – influence without direct reporting line.
Identify project risks & ensure mitigation is identified by the right action owner, or it is escalated to the steering committee for decision
Assists in the assessment, identification, alignment and implementation of regional BDX Supply Chain process improvements in accordance with the standard global design
Responsible to provide input to budgets and ASR, prepare and follow up financial business cases for assigned projects.

You are a hardworking senior project manager, with proven experience in leading projects in a matrix environment, ideally within integrated supply chain. You have knowledge of PMI project Management principles / PRINCE2/Agile-Scrum methodology and experience with sophisticated large projects. Others would describe you as someone with strong communication & influencing skills, who can manage conflicts easily and inspire change. Ideally, you are Six Sigma Trained or Certified (green belt preferred) and are no stranger to lean project management.
