BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Service Admin Representative in Sydney, Australia
Job Description Summary
To assist and support all activities associated with device recalls.
Ensure telephones calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
Processing Recall service orders, maintaining records, supervising database, Correction of data base, performing office tasks and other similar duties.
Booking jobs for recall repair and service.
Preparing reports and correspondence.
Ensuring vendor purchase orders are processed in timely manner.
In-house admin support to workshop supervisor and technicians.
Develop skills in use of SAP, including generation and use of report information.
May handle special recall projects as assigned
Archiving of documents and records when required.
Follow organizational and department procedure to complete tasks.
Preparing Service reports and organising field service visit in consultation with Service Manager and project manager.
