Job Description

The Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC) will work closely with the Project Management team in various capacities to facilitate success of assigned projects/tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with assigned Clinical Project Manager(s) to ensure timely delivery of high quality work product

  • Facilitate meeting agenda development, note-taking and meeting minute generation for team meetings to accurately communicate and track the study's progress

  • Manage signature collection of clinical contracts in order to ensure timely contract execution

  • Assist with creation and maintenance of study-specific documents and templates

  • Create, update, and track project specific status reports

  • Assist with Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) maintenance and oversight; assist with Quality Control review of eTMF related documents

  • Responsible for audit readiness of eTMF for assigned projects

  • Provide site management support for the Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) through tracking and shipping of study-related supplies and documents

  • Assist with collection of Regulatory Documents from clinical sites

  • Track study subject statuses (Screening / Enrolled / Randomized / Long Term Follow-up / etc.)

  • Maintain training tracking for internal and external study personnel to ensure comprehensive training documentation for the clinical study

  • Assist with device accountability and reconciliation

  • Assist in updating / maintaining Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for assigned projects (site contacts, study status updates, etc.)

  • Update / Maintain trial data within ClinicalTrials.gov portal

Requirements:

  • Associatesdegree or equivalent work experience, Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1 - 2 years experience in the medical or health field is preferred.

  • Self-directed; demonstrated ability to work independently and apply judgment to work on most important priorities.

  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Demonstrates high level of accuracy and is detailed oriented.
