Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Change Control in a regulated environment, Training Compliance, and Quality System Data metrics for local and European locations.

  • Complete ownership of team documentation for New Product Development (NPD) and product transfers, including creation and launch of change requests (CR).

  • Oversee training for the division, CAPAs, audit responses, or Quality department action plans.

  • Apply skills and develop documentation including operating procedures, process flow charts and manufacturing procedures.

  • Prepare and complete annual document and training reviews for managers.

  • Assist department manager in cross training team members on existing processes.

  • Collect and compile data for Quality Systems monthly reporting.

  • Ability to work business hours relatable to Central European Time (CET).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Minimum 1-year experience with Document Control within a regulated environment.

  • Minimum 1-year experience in training program creation and maintenance.

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.

  • Bilingual, English and German is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to lead a team (including work delegation, achieving goals and meeting projected timelines).

  • Proven ability to manage assigned projects with little supervision.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work early hours to meet customer’s needs.

  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (pleasant phone manner).

  • Strong computer skills (Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; the ability to learn and work with MasterControl, JD Edwards, and various other computer programs).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and/or application of judgment in dealing with internal/external customers.

  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize a busy and changing workload.
