The Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption and utilisation of our commercial enablement technology platforms, with a particular focus on SalesForce.com and related/connected customer data systems, as well as our digital engagement technologies. This role will also be responsible for the governance for all related processes and execution of projects that deliver change and improvement to these platforms.
Drive the adoption and efficient utilisation of SalesForce.com across the Greater Asia region,including the identification of opportunities to improve our SalesForce.com implementation toimprove platform engagement and data quality.
Evolution of our SalesForce.com CRM implementation towards a Customer Data Platform (CDP)by driving integration via customer data management technologies (e.g. Reltio, Informatica).
Creating and updating a roadmap for platform enhancements based on close cross-functionalcollaboration to understand the market conditions, business, customer and internal needs.
Interface with country and business teams to understand feature requirements and/or addresssupport issues, and explore opportunities to harmonise common requirements.
Work collaboratively with the relevant regional and global functional and business processteams on more complex requests & issues.
Drive successful adoption and business impact of related digital engagement technologies(including Marketo, Showpad, GlobalMeet, Litmos).
Determine business requirements for and lead data integrations with additional 3rd partysoftware, as needs arise.
Drive and improve platform governance, create documentation, maintaining standardisationand look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
Partner with Analytics and Commercial Effectiveness teams to develop, launch, and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levelsin collaboration with the relevant business process owners.
Work with global technology team to implement a regional support plan that ensures smoothoperation and performance of the platform.
Act as subject-matter expert for SalesForce.com and related platforms, and seek out ways toutilise these platforms to achieve better sales and marketing outcomes. Make recommendationsto support a program scaling at a rapid pace.
Education/Experience and Background:
General knowledge of programming practices and languages including PHP, PowerShell, SQL etc. a plus
Certification(s) in Agile, scrum, or other software development practices, a plus.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams.
Proficiency in user experience design and metric-testing methodologies.
Excellent project and product management skills and Agile framework and methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
Creating documentation, maintaining standardisation and looking for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.t deliver change and improvement to these platforms.
