I. Position Summary

Responsible for providing outstanding customer services to all internal and external customers, undertake administration duties where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 customer service supports across different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality.

  • Answering phone in timely manner and provide the necessary responses according to procedures

  • Attend to Customer Service emails and provide the necessary responses according to procedures

  • Escalate issues to respective departments when issues and resolutions are not listed in the procedures

  • Tracking of customers calls and emails to provide monthly report

  • Updates of procedures to include the common inquiries from customers

  • Work overtime as needed and other duties as assigned.

  • Comply with all local BD established policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of these principles.

Requirements:

  • Minimally GCE A Level or NITEC

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in call centers involving customer service support.

  • Possess excellent Customer focus

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to cope and control negative emotions: Ability to respond calmly and in a constructive way to frustrations, obstacles and opposition

  • Self-motivated, independent and meticulous

  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and receive constructive feedback

  • Comfortable working in a cross functional dynamic team environment

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and working experiences in medical technology industries would be advantageous
