Job Description Summary
I. Position Summary
Responsible for providing outstanding customer services to all internal and external customers, undertake administration duties where required.
Provide Tier 1 customer service supports across different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality.
Answering phone in timely manner and provide the necessary responses according to procedures
Attend to Customer Service emails and provide the necessary responses according to procedures
Escalate issues to respective departments when issues and resolutions are not listed in the procedures
Tracking of customers calls and emails to provide monthly report
Updates of procedures to include the common inquiries from customers
Work overtime as needed and other duties as assigned.
Comply with all local BD established policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of these principles.
Minimally GCE A Level or NITEC
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in call centers involving customer service support.
Possess excellent Customer focus
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to cope and control negative emotions: Ability to respond calmly and in a constructive way to frustrations, obstacles and opposition
Self-motivated, independent and meticulous
Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to adapt to changing environments and receive constructive feedback
Comfortable working in a cross functional dynamic team environment
Knowledge of ERP systems and working experiences in medical technology industries would be advantageous
