Job Description Summary

The Digital Operations Senior Manager will build and manage a team that is responsible for driving adoption and utilization of our technology platforms, their stability and availability, governance for all processes and execution of procedures that delivers change and improvement to these platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work with country pilot teams in FY21 to ensure smooth execution of digital transformation pilot use cases. Work across teams to improve use case execution and achieve optimal pilot results

  • Launching and driving successful adoption and business impact of technology platforms (Marketo, Showpad, GlobalMeet, Litmos).

  • Responsible for creating and updating the roadmap for platform enhancements based on deep knowledge of the marketing technologies involved, market conditions, customer and internal needs.

  • Interface with country and business teams to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues, and work collaboratively with our global platform teams and business process owner teams on more complex requests & issues

  • Maintain global and region applicable standards on profiles, roles and security within technology platform instances

  • Lead and maintain business requirements for data integrations with 3rd party software used across the business

  • Create documentation, maintaining standardization and looking for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures

  • Partner with Analytics and Effectiveness team to develop, launch, and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels in conjunction with the business process owners.

  • Work with global technology team to implement a regional support plan that ensures smooth operation and performance of the platform

  • Act as subject-matter expert for technology platforms and seek out ways to utilize platforms to achieve better sales and marketing outcomes. Make recommendations to support a program scaling at a rapid pace.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

  • Proficiency in user experience, design, metric-testing methodologies

  • Excellent project and product management skills and Agile framework and methodologies

  • Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills

  • Create documentation, maintaining standardization and looking for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures

Education/Experience and Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience with launching and driving successful adoption and business impact of technology platforms (Marketo, Showpad, GlobalMeet, Litmos, SFDC preferred) (minimum 10 years) at a regional level

  • Exceptional technical and functional proficiency in technology platform administrative tasks including, and not limited to: Profiles, roles, security, workflows, validation rules, approvals, advances formulas, custom objects, reports and dashboards

  • People management experience

  • Proficiency in technology platform API’s.

  • Ability to write non-technical documentation.

  • Organized and able to track/report on multiple tasks.

  • Experience with agile development process and system development life cycle is a plus.

  • General knowledge of programming practices and languages including PHP, PowerShell, SQL etc.. a plus

  • Certification(s) in Agile, scrum, or other software development practices, a plus.

  • Experienced with digital transformation and execution
