Job Description Summary

The Regional E-Commerce Manager, CASAJ is responsible for the acceleration of E-commerce across the region, with a focus on strategy, activations, strategic accounts management, e-commerce marketing and operations to deliver on revenue targets.

The role reports into the Marketing Director for Diabetes Care CASAJ and is a key member of the regional commercial team. This experienced E-commerce manager will also lead a team of in-county E-commerce associates and is responsible for supporting integrated omni-channel marketing plan at the regional level.

Job Scope:

The Regional E-Commerce Manager, CASAJ is responsible for the acceleration of E-commerce across the region, with a focus on strategy, activations, strategic accounts management, e-commerce marketing and operations to deliver on revenue targets.

The role reports into the Marketing Director for Diabetes Care CASAJ and is a key member of the regional commercial team. This experienced E-commerce manager will also lead a team of in-county E-commerce associates and is responsible for supporting integrated omni-channel marketing plan at the regional level.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Regional E-commerce GTM strategy to drive business acceleration

  • Lead and own direct relationship with strategic E-tailers like Amazon, Lazada and Shopee

  • Drive e-commerce capabilities through best-in-class digital catalog management for the region to lead and support growth in lead generation and revenue growth

  • Develop and maintain regional e-commerce marketing calendar, e-promotional plan, prioritize campaigns in eCommerce platform for localization

  • Collaborate with regional marketing team members on 360 digital marketing activation to drive conversions

  • Orchestrate e-commerce strategy with innovative initiatives and facilitate regional commercial communication for business collaboration in line with market needs

  • Align with teams across the organization to optimize campaigns at the country level and achieve shared business outcomes

  • Evaluate and measure e-commerce business priorities, business reporting, KPI / metrics development

  • Develop and improve all the e-commerce-related processes over digital catalog - product information management platform, pricing system

  • Define right paid media channels and allocate budget and resources to maximize result

  • Report regularly on program performance, track performance, leverage insights to optimization recommendations

  • Consistently test, iterate and optimize e-commerce programs to improve performance and inform the development of future programs

  • Collaborate with analytics team to understand key marketing and sales performance metrics through tracking tools, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends

  • Help develop capabilities around the BD organization through training, sharing of best practices

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • University Degree/MBA or other relevant Post Graduate qualification preferably in Business/Marketing.

  • 7+ years related E-commerce experience preferably in Consumer Healthcare industry or Consumer Medical Device industry.

  • ​Experience in managing multiple marketplaces platforms, retailer.com, D2C for multiple brands (consumer goods / consumer healthcare / medical device)

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to communicate clearly with a varying level of management and across many cultures

  • and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills including experience with financial models

  • Knowledge of Retail Sales, Brand Management or Shopper Marketing

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Comfortable working around uncertainty to achieve results

  • Experience in working in a fast-paced Ecommerce/Digital environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change

  • Highly motivated & results focused with the ability to act with a sense of urgency
