BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Regional Supply Planner in The Strategy, Singapore
Job Description Summary
Perform weekly supply alert monitoring and take action to drive optimization of both supply and inventory.
Participate in the supply review meetings with source to review critical supply
Provide timely and qualitative supply analysis on critical items to country, provide scenarios & recovery options to help business mitigate financial risk.
Monitor and expedite intercompany shipments, identify and communicate critical shipment priorities to country shipping team when required
Prepare BO and inventory projection.
Manage close to expire inventories
Identify E&O, follow through on disposition and reduction opportunities. Drives root cause analysis and CI to prevent new occurrence.
Execute manual allocation process from order creation to shipment tracking
Provide revenue assessment for impacted Product Recall/ Global Holds
Support new product master data creation in the ERP systems
Backorder, On-time-in-full and Inventory - Diagnosis root cause for metrics misses and drive recovery
Intercompany supply metrics - Provide supply commentaries in supply metrics and drive improvements
- Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business
3 years of supply planning / Inventory Management experience
SAP, APO/SCM-SNP knowledge
Proficient in MS Excel and dashboards creations
Accuracy and attention to details
Problem solving skill
Interpersonal and communication skill
Business and customer oriented and a good team player
