Job Description Summary

Job Description

  • Validate that Production Orders are aligned with Manager Global Supply Chain's recommendation even before they are released

  • Volume and Mix tracking and highlighting any deviation with reasons

  • Track and publish report showing the right balance of inventories

  • Utilize supply plan from Manager and production TJ plan to identify the best inventory deployment plan by week

  • Make necessary changes to the weekly plan if inventory in any of the DCs show signs of low/excess inventory

  • Reports and data to decide on inventory allocations in cases of short supply between regions

  • Work under the mentorship of the Manager to finalize a tracker to keep the weekly view of inventory projections

  • Communicate with regional and business stakeholders on questions around recovery dates and inventory positions based on the above tracker

  • Divert any request for changes in plans to the Manager for final decision

  • Maintain tracking mechanisms to ensure any in DC performance from expected

  • Execute any follow-up actions suggested by Manager

  • Support Manager with reports and dashboards which will help in making decisions around manufacturing at TJ facility

  • Ensuring the health of the system- Ensure system cleaning activities are carried out as directed by the Manager.


Bachelor Degree on Supply Chain, Business, Economy or related field

4+ years of experience

Advanced English

Solid Understanding of SAP

Excellent Excel Skills

Good communication skills

Willingness to flex work timings to suit the needs of the job
