Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing technical support to the Manufacturing Product Team.

  • Ensures the maximum volume of products are produced, within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.

  • Instructs and trains employees per established guidelines and maintains good manufacturing practices. Develops, debugs, and troubleshoots existing and new processes related to molding, packaging, printing, robotics.

  • Documents findings and recommendations in technical reports.

  • Coordinates the validation of new and existing molding equipment and auxiliary equipment.

  • Develops and designs varied and complex machines (involved in the assembly, packaging, and transport of products) working from basic engineering data in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, process instrumentation or some combination of these.

  • Prepares and recommends layouts for cost reductions, feasibility studies, facility rearrangements, equipment modifications, and building construction at the local plant level.

  • Initiates and manages continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical / Bio-engineering / Industrial Engineering

  • Open to fresh graduate with minimally 1 to 2 years of Manufacturing Experience with related fields

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel on reports, pivot table, formulas etc.)

  • Leadership experience
