An exciting opportunity for a Sales Lead ONCO for Benelux has arisen.

Reporting to the Benelux Sales Director UCC & ONCO, the successful candidate will have outstanding relationship skills to engage with and develop key customers.
Main responsibilities (including, but not limited)
Sales responsibility of c. € 6.400.000.
Leadership of an extensive sales team in the ONCO sector.
Adapt sales strategies for Oncology to market trends and opportunities in order to optimise results.
Drive sales force effectiveness, ensuring the adoption of available business technologies, tools and initiatives.
Forecast and report results, trends, key activities.
Ensure appropriate training and development for employees with Oncology.
Build close working relationships with range of contacts, including key opinion leaders, key customers, associates within the industry, EMEA Marketing team, Benelux and European work colleagues.
Oversee government affairs and technology lobbying campaigns within the scope of the Oncology portfolio.
Optimise Bard’s interests with partner organisations, such as national and international trade associations, clinician and patient groups.
Operate within the industry’s ethical standards and the stringent compliance regulations of the corporation.
Maintain and report market intelligence locally and internationally
Participate to budget process
Manage external and internal stakeholders to maximize efficiency and outcomes
Drive the ONCO team accordingly to the defined strategy and ensure executions of sales plan Profile Education A MBA or post graduate business education is preferable. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably including Oncolog products and/or those within hospitals and community settings. Language Excellent knowledge of (spoken and written) Dutch and English is required. Computer skills Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
