Our vision for Medication Management Solutions at BD

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

About the role

For our Central Fill R&D team we are seeking an experienced Full stack developer (f/m/d) (C# .NET / Angular).

As a Full stack developer, you will design & develop web applications around pharmacy automation. Our solutions consist of a C#/.NET Core based backend and an angular frontend. You will work closely with our international software development team on turning our visions into reality.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Design, implementation and maintenance of our Connect 2.0 web applications as part of a cross functional team

• Collaboration with colleagues in UI/UX, requirements engineering, testing and other R&D teams

• Taking responsibility for parts of the software, including design and technology decisions as well as providing documentation

• Follow secure coding guidelines according HIPPA and GDPR requirements

• Backend and Frontend development with C# .NET / .NET Core and Angular 2 About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in an agile framework

• Experience in web development with Angular 2+ Experience with software development in C# .NET / .NET Core

• Experience with MS SQL Server and writing T-SQL statements

• Dedication for creating clean and maintainable code

• Fluent in English both in verbal and written communication,

• Valid work permit for Austria

Additional bonus points:

According to the collective bargain agreement the minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 54,740 p.a. (IT KV, ST1, Erfahrungsstufe). Based on individual skills and experience, we offer appropriate additional payment.

Our modern office is located in Vienna’s Millennium Tower, adjacent to the Millennium Shopping Mall and with excellent traffic connections.
