Job Description
The Bilingual Oncology Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales & market development andmaintaining/developingour strategic relationships at specific hospital centers of excellence. In addition, the TM will help develop & execute our evolving Oncology strategy. The primary objectives of this role are to drive sales and RFP excellence of the Oncology portfolio in Quebec based out of Quebec City.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build strong relationships with KOLs, senior level decision-makers and influencers
Developing unique value propositions aligned to unmet customer needs
Analyzing and quantifying market opportunities
Market segmentation and targeting
Creating account strategies and validated business plans
Develop a close working relationship with Marketing and other Sales associates
Working with Marketing to develop national marketing strategies that support business growth and global platform objectives
Develop and maintain expert competitive and market knowledge in terms of quantitative and qualitative market data
Achieve quarterly and annual product line sales quotas and business goals
Develop and maintain a high level of regional knowledge of healthcare trends and the evolution of the Ontario Heath Teams (if applicable)
Ability to organize & lead customer-focused events
Provide financial support for portfolio including sales projections, budget management, and pricing strategy
Participate in the annual strategic planning process including long term business planning
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree required
Bilingual French and English
5 years of Medical Sales experience in an Acute Care environment, preferably with IR focus an asset
Helping shape, win, and execute RFPs in the medical space an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Prior experience with presentations or technical training
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Strong organizational skills
Customer-focused attitude with resourceful and adaptable attitude
Ability to meet business expectations with limited supervision
