ABOUT THE ROLE
As Dispensing Retail Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible predominantly for our established retail pharmacy Finnish market place and with some responsibility for the development of the Norwegian territory. You will be a member of the BD Rowa DR Northern Europe commercial team. This role is a field-based role.
The Dispensing Retail Territory Sales Manager will report into the Northern Europe Sales Leader and will also work closely with the Northern Europe Marketing Communications Manager and the rest of the regional sales and support functions in place to ensure we continue to drive market leading customer experience and service delivery to their customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Drive the performance of the territory by growing the sales orders and revenues of BD Rowa robotic automation and digital solutions to community pharmacies (Independents & Chains), Polyclinics and Animal Health clinics or hospitals.
Segment the retail pharmacy market in Finland and prioritise your accounts, to enable you to formulate a strategy and plan to execute your activities against. Business development activities in the Norwegian side of the territory.
Work with and support the Global platform leaders in understanding your territory's potential for automations solutions BD has for Pharmaceutical Distribution Centres (PDC) and Pouch Packaging Centres (PPC).
Engagement with the Marketing Communications Manager on all your prioritised local and national marketing initiatives and campaigns such as digital campaigns (e.g., marketing automation, newsletter, social media); content creation (case studies, white paper, flyer etc.).
Participation in external local and national conferences, trade shows and events.
Create and maintain business critical relationships to customer associations, partners and other market relevant companies within the defines sales territory and market.
You will have a keen interest in retail sales and be enthused by technology and digital solutions. Experience in selling technology and/or automation and /or digital hardware & software solutions into retail pharmacists is preferred.
Ideally, you have a recent understanding of the workings and workflow within retail pharmacy as well as an established industry network in place. If you have knowledge or experience in warehouse intralogistics, that would also be useful.
You must be fluent in spoken and written Finnish and proficient in English for both as well. If you speak and understand Norwegian that would also be useful.
