We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, with a proven track record, to drive digitalization and automatization for BD in CEE hospital market.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for:

  • Driving incremental sales and services in acute care hospitals using competitive Dispensing products and solutions

  • Identifying and managing distribution in dedicated markets in cooperation with Sales Managers

  • Countries strategy development

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers

  • Expanding the MMS footprint in existing accounts by selling the MMS “better together” messaging at the highest levels within the organization

  • Geographical expansion of Dispensing products usage in dedicated markets

  • Developing and implementing regional plans for dedicated markets proactively for sustainable and long-term success

What is expected of you for success in your role:

  • Experience and expertise selling to technical decision makers by aligning and reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria preferred

  • Held Business Development role in a matrix organisation focused on solution selling in Healthcare based organisation

  • Experience working with complex business models

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, medical technology or related field and/or business administration

  • Experience in Medical device industry, IT and/or consultancy background is a plus

  • Experience in building and sustaining relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Experience in working in a multinational or international environment

  • Business savvy with strong commercial mind-set and strong business acumen.

  • Strategic agility, with conceptual thinking and analytical skills

  • The ability to engage, involve and influence cross functional teams (sales, marketing, technical) to drive the required outcome for the customer

  • 5+ years of experience with evidence of career progression in the relevant sales field, ideally with prior experience in key account management

  • Proven experience in the distribution of complex solutions in the healthcare sector

  • Evidence based track record in solution selling and cross functional selling

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken

  • Strong process analytical skills and process knowledge

  • High level of building financial proposals, forecasting and pipeline management and understanding of reporting analytics

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
