Job Description Summary

We are looking for an experienced person with hospital information system knowledge to become Solution Consultant for the region of Poland.

It is a remote work - you can be based wherever in Poland.

Job Description

As Solution Consultant you will:

  • Design solutions for customers that center secure medication management workflows to ensure technology components of projects interface safely and accurately

  • Provide professional, process-focused pre-Sales support; educating and helping current and future customers to understand the impact and value of end to end automated medication processes

  • Participate in implementation projects, including clinical validation processes to ensure accuracy of processes, integrations and interfaces to other IT systems

  • Track and measure ongoing projects to be formulated through CRM

  • Support customers and business partners, providing professional support and technology optimization assessments

  • Collaborate with customers to produce testimonials, process-transformation studies and ‘White Papers’, to further explain and promote adoption of BD dispensing solutions

We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in Polish and English

  • Previous Clinical/Operational/IT/pharmacy experience preferred

  • Experience working with software like hospital information system or similar

  • Familiar with and competent on Microsoft packages and Healthcare IT standards (IHE, HL7)

  • Appropriate relationships management approach

  • Bachelor’s degree/Masters in Pharmacy, Bachelor’s degree/Masters in IT-related studies

  • High cultural understanding and team work spirit; able to be part of different team

  • Ability to establish relationships based on mutual respect and trust in dealing with customers

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • PM certification preferred (PMI etc.)

  • Able to make decisions within given parameters

  • Innovative and creative, a good listener

  • Good view and understanding of detail whilst fully appreciative of the bigger picture

  • Travel activity: approx. 70% and field based role - driving license
