The Surgery business unit is situated in a central location, surrounded by a scenic coastline with easy access to T.F. Green Airport, AMTRAK Train Stations and Route 95, a major highway connecting to Providence, Connecticut, Boston and New York City within a short amount of time.
This position is responsible for executing product plans, programs, policies and processes in support of the BioSurgery Global Platform Marketing team objectives by leading the marketing associated product management tactical and strategic responsibilities with regard to product, programs, policies and processes.
Provide direction, insight and planning for marketing activities of new and existing product lines.
Analyze, develop and introduce product opportunities that ensure global success of product line.
Tactical and strategic planning and implementation.
Participating on or leading Project Teams.
Forecasting sales volumes and financial budgets.
Preparing and delivering presentations to Sales/Division management.
Developing sales tools.
Building customer relationships.
Developing market and business plans.
Developing all aspects of product management responsibilities.
Identifying business opportunities for growth.
Special projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required
Product Manager: Minimum of three (3) years marketing experience in Medical Device or combination Drug / Device OR minimum of two (2) years marketing experience (in medical, clinical or technical related field) with an MBA
Senior Product Manager: Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in medical device or combination drug/device industry with a Bachelor Degree or minimum of 3 years marketing experience in any medical, clinical or technical related industry with an MBA.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25%
Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare communications, education and promotion a plus.
