Job title : EMEA Digital Account Specialist BD IDS Industry
This person will own the creation and roll out of an effective lead generation program for IDS Industry B2B EMEA. An exciting opportunity to define, create and roll out B2B Industry Lead Generation Program applying modern Digital techniques. This person will be in charge of the promotion of the brand to connect with potential customers using the internet and other forms of digital communication, Job responsibilities include:
Create Brand awareness:
Complete phase I IDS EU Industry Website updates with internal teams, to enhance visibility and customer experience
Define and Create Phase II website updates for EU sites.
Generating Selling tools such as Brochure Creation, updates and roll out
establishing next generation digital marketing techniques to include but not limited to webinars, mailers, Industry EU Linked In, coordinating and creating content with Application & KAM teams.
Build prospect customer databases for EMEA and identify action plan for prioritized segments
Full Creation & ownership of Lead Generation campaigns by developing new leads in a targeted industrial segments, identifying contact and generating interest by digital campaigns, email and telephone prospecting.
Explain products and services to potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs
Facilitating appointments for KAM with potential prospects
Reporting activities and prospects in Salesforce.com CRM tool.
Achieve lead generation targets
Define and Coordinate Lead Gen programs with the EMEA sales Team, and propose some adaptation if required in specific countries
Research and Enrolment to Online Market Intelligence Systems for the business, deploying market intelligence centrally to commercial teams to ensure full visibility.
Analysing and using Data to define priorities and ROI on Digital techniques.
Creating projects using Project Management tools to help define actions, scope, stakeholders and reporting status of projects.
Business, Marketing or sales initial experience required
Fluent in English, candidate must be comfortable with Cold Calling
Self Starter, flexible, dynamic, action – orientated and driven with hands on mentality
Motivation for sales, persistence
Well organised, good planning and interpersonal skills
Team Player and collaborator
Skilled in MS Office pack including Excel and Powerpoint
Experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms is desirable
Experience managing and leading projects including use of Project Management tools to define actions, scope and reporting status.
