We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business unit focusing on the South East. This role will be 30% home based (remote) with 70% travel across the region (although this may vary).

Job Description

Summary

  • The Junior Account Manager’s role will be to maintain and maximise the revenue and profit from NHS acute accounts by actively managing existing contracts, driving use of infusion devices, and focusing on the safe and efficient use of the BD infusion devices within hospitals. The Junior Account Manager will work with Technical and Clinical colleagues to make sure that the Trust has the best customer experience developing deep and trusted relationships within the hospital environment. The Junior Account Manager will drive customer adherence and efficiency. Works with Business Development Manager in measuring the impact of the infusion business in the acute NHS arena and develops insights to leverage a more holistic Medicines Optimisation approach when required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate profitable sales across MMS division of BDD UK businesses driving market share, margin and profitable growth objectives for all core products and services, specifically, Alaris infusion and BodyGuard pumps, and associated technical service offerings.

  • Support colleagues in wider business related projects.

  • Deliver call plans and schedules

  • To keep updated on strategy and activities within the UK market and internal customers.

About you

We are looking for a passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in medical sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone based on territory, who has previous experience working in a field based sales role who is looking to do more! You will ideally have gained experience in a life sciences organisation, however that is not essential!
