Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Professional Services Marketing Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering our Professional Services strategies and solutions that meet customer’s expectations and strategic goals. You will frequently visit current and prospective customers to understand the operating processes, workflows and unmet customer needs for safe and efficient medication management processes in the acute care sector. With deep product and process knowledge, you will work in close collaboration with the country-based Solution Management and Sales teams to establish best practice in the pre and post sale implementation of the Business Units professional services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Marketing lead for product launch of Professional Services, whilst ensuring full commercialization of our service revenue is realised. Lead the market segmentation, competitor analysis, value proposition definition, go-to-market strategy creation and execution
Drive awareness, education, and demand. Plan and deliver co-marketing programmes in collaboration with regional commercial organization.
Lead the development of the annual marketing plan for Professional Services.
Responsible for the rollout of the strategy and progress monitoring and management, including designing and implementing corrective actions for underperforming KPIs
Created a sales playbook with detailed buyer persona analysis, targeting strategy and dashboard to track attachment rates of service contracts to new deals.
Monitoring of Sales Force lead management to ensure optimal improvements are realized.
Creates tools and processes to assess customer data/information including understanding their value drivers, desired clinical and operational needs, workflows, and IT requirements
Address possible development needs to relevant Product managers and Platform teams
Acts as a Solutions and Product SME to support Product Management, GCS, Commercial Organization and Sales Training needs with a focus on selling skills for enabling services.
Proactively works with Key Opinion Leaders and the Solution Management teams to anticipate customer needs and evolving requirements (trend-scouting, competitor enhancements)
Supports in the creation of Services Messaging/ Promotional Material/ Customer facing presentations for end-to-end solutions combining MMS portfolios for C-Level engagement
Providing strategic support for Post-Implementation activities, driving KPI based initiatives to ensure value is delivered for our MMS customers
Expand Service Sales capabilities and related Sales processes in order to capture the value of the services for a profitable growth
ABOUT YOU
7-10 years Healthcare sales and marketing experience, preferably with Healthcare Informatics, Capital sales and service experience
Strong affinity for processes, data and analysis
Good knowledge of LEAN methodologies, e.g. Six Sigma green belt (or higher)
Ability to interact with and present to customers, high priority to customer satisfaction required
High cultural understanding and teamwork spirit; able to work within a matrix organization, good collaborator and able to work as well independently when needed
Personal characteristics: customer focused, critical thinking, self-motivated, organizational, and written and oral communications skills
Fluency in English. A further major European language would be an advantage
Flexibility to travel up to 30% incl. overnight stays
