The EMEA Customer Finance team is responsible for customer credit risk management and collections of our trade receivables. This role is to add to our Customer Finance Analyst talent pool.

As a Customer Finance Analyst you will be responsible for reporting and analysis of Customer Finance data. Our key metrics need to be supervised and the most important trends needs to be interpreted so that the right decisions are made along the quote to cash process. This role will deliver reports to management for information and decision making, ensure that the right level of allowance are made in Compliance with ASC 326 — Current expected credit loss standard (CECL) and support all requests for interpretation of our accounts receivable trends by country and units.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing & identifying trends in ageing, DSO, bad debts and provide executive summary to management and preparing monthly/quarterly reporting for internal partners (including collecting needed input)

  • Preparing DSO budgets/forecasts together with the Customer Finance Leader, ensure it is accurately reflected in the system and analyse actuals vs budget/forecast

  • Facilitating calls with internal partners when requested and co-operating closely with the Collections team in the Wroclaw Shared Service Center to guarantee customer focus and meet Customer Finance targets

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly reconciliations of accounts and ensuring that the prescribed related cycle internal & SOX controls are executed (collaboration with internal and external audit when required)

  • Participating in project(s) to be a part of implementation of new business developments and ensure requirements from a Customer Finance perspective are considered

  • Becoming an expert in Customer Finance processes, identify areas for improvement and implement agreed improvements

From the candidates we expect excellent Excel skills with ability to crunch data and prepare dashboards(Power BI will be an advantage), 2-3 years of practical experience in a multinational Finance environment. Proficient English is a must.

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Administration or Language

  • Being a team-player

  • Strong analytical & planning skills to combine different things at the same time
