We are currently looking for (Junior) Customer Service Specialist who will provide administrative support in one of our Customer Service teams. We are open for candidates without experience or last-year students.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support

  • Process accurately all customer service requests and cooperate with other departments as required

  • Coordinate all service-related activities such as: service contract life cycle management, work orders management, field service support

  • Collaborating efficiently on related tasks with internal partners such as Customer Service, Finance, Master Data, etc.

  • Using system supporting Services (ServiceMax, LOTS)

The successful candidate will have degree level required ( last-year students are also more than welcome ), excellent communication skills, proficient knowledge of English (any additional European language is a plus), adept at multitasking with detail orientation, good knowledge of all MS Office tools, experience in working in multi-cultural environment will be an asset.
