About the role
As a Junior Supply Chain Operations Analyst , you will be mainly responsible for intercompany order management and coordination to support the supply chain operations area. Also, for expediting and operational follow-up with the different stakeholders in the logistics process on the various type of orders.
Main responsibilities will include:
Close collaboration with various BD departments and BD suppliers.
Order creation and management.
Transactional workflow coordination of the orders and stock movements.
Confirmation of the order entry delivery and shipment details to the stakeholders.
Providing support and mentorship to BD vendors and internal BD associates on data set management.
About you
Bachelor level required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of English language required (written and spoken)
Customer focus: ability to collaborate with individuals from different backgrounds
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to process large amounts of data
Familiar with Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
