We are looking for an outstanding Intern (paid internship) who will join our Vendor Master Data team!
This person will be responsible to update vendors/suppliers in regards to their database in BD systems, reach out to them and reply to emails. Based on the knowledge training received, the Intern will be working on payment information from the SAP system and other BD tools used for Accounts Payables (we will guide you with everything!).
Additionally, your day to day activities will be:
Support for the team in any issues related to banking details, cooperating with other Teams on daily basis, especially Vendor Care Team to ensure proper details are set up in the system
Co-operate with the other operational teams of the EUSSC to guarantee customer focus and meet customer requirements.
Participate in various exciting projects
To be a successful candidate we would require proficient English (other, even basic levels of any of European language would be great, especially German/Spanish/Italian/French).
Furthermore, the following skills and experiences are required:
Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
Good working on MS Office, basic knowledge of SAP would be an asset
University studies in Accounting or Finance or equivalent, with an ambition to develop a career in Accounting and Finance area would be an advantage
Paid internship for a fixed period – 3 months with possibility of extension, part-time
The Intern will have the opportunity to attend relevant training and meetings within the department
