Under the mentorship of the Team Leader, we are looking for a Marketing & Data Analyst in charge of monitoring, measuring and analyzing the efficiency of marketing communication initiatives.

Marketing & Data Analyst responsibilities include tracking advertising metrics and costs, researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable with processing and analyzing marcom data.

Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marcom budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns.

The scope of work spreads across multiple business units as well as multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports/ (Power BI, Data Studio)

  • Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (SFDC), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools (Marketo), customer behavior analysis tools (SEM Rush), Tag Management Tool (Google Tag Manager)

  • Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicates results and provides recommendations.

  • Evaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further improvements to the user experience.

  • Develop/design meaningful dashboards, reports and KPIs for the marketing function for all levels

Skills and capabilities of a successful candidate:

  • 2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent) primarily in marketing environment, preferably in digital marketing analysis

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to track, measure and report on the impact of various marketing programs/campaigns to determine ROI to feed into recommendations for future improvement

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

  • Advanced knowledge of segmentation techniques and reporting within a Marketing Automation system

  • Customer oriented attitude and attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in English

  • Experience with a programming, statistical computing, or database management language (e.g., SQL, R, Python, VBA, SPSS, SAS, C++, Java) is a plus
