Overview

The Supply Chain Planning Data Analyst will play an active role in the successful implementation of the new regulation MDR/IVDR in the areas that impact Supply Chain. You will be responsible to define, facilitate and implement the supply chain reporting workstream within EU-MDR project with the objective to provide a strong monitoring of the execution of each critical steps of the implementation of the new regulation though a various set of data.

You will take part in defining the reporting and dashboards needs, prepare all the compliancy trackers, identify gaps within the information stream and take appropriate actions to close those gaps in collaboration with Regional and Global Supply Chain, Regulatory, Master Data among other BD colleagues from multiple functions/regions on the execution of the EU-MDR Compliance program. Your role will also be to assess risks on business continuity plan linked to missing data. You will report on weekly bases to project team from initiation to successful completion.

As part of the project team, the Supply Chain Planning Analyst will participate in the cross-functional project reviews and activities, acting and reporting against defined schedules and deliverables specific to ensure successful and smooth implementation of MDR/IVDR regulation within the supply chain ensuring all the time a strong business continuity.

Main Responsibilities, Duties & Accountabilities

  • Define, Create and Perform reporting data sets to support each critical milestone of the compliance projects in the frame of the new MDR/IVDR regulation

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards, metric reports and data visualizations

  • Collaborate closely with Global Labelling managers and Regulatory analyst teams to identify data points of information to be used in the compliance trackers

  • Work closely with Global Supply chain teams to update the manufacturing and distribution information to be used in the compliance trackers.

  • Actively engage with the other members of the EU-MDR regional and Global teams to provide coordinated efforts and efficient project implementation

  • Monitor and ensure missing data collection

  • Analyse information available to identify gaps and escalate risks

  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of project status using operational metrics and reports.

  • Identifies program level risks and delays, raises issues or concerns as needed

  • Ensures effective, accurate and timely communication across the Supply Chain team and other functional areas

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrable ability to translate data into a coherent and actionable narrative

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drill-down for root causes and corrective actions

  • Strong influencing and communication skills within a highly matrixed and multi-cultural organization

  • Excellent data visualization skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a challenging, fast-pasted, dynamic environment.

  • Efficient and effective use of matrixed resources

  • Self-starter

  • Must be able to build relationships across functions and business units

  • Timely completion of internal company documentation and required training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience, desirable in Supply chain, master data or similar.

  • Business Process Experience (Digital workflows and process mining tool and insights development a plus),

  • Change management a plus.

  • SC S&OP process a plus

  • Project management experience is beneficial. Agile is a plus

  • Advanced MS Excel skills: Formulas, Lookups, Macro, Pivot Table, Charts & Graphs, required

  • Experience working with large data sets

  • Other experience with data analytical tools such as but not limited to QlikView, QlikSense, Power BI, Mini-Tab, relational databases, visual basic, etc. is beneficial

  • Strong team player able to work both collaboratively and independently

  • Proficiency in using standard project tools (MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, MS. Teams etc.)

  • Business level fluency in English required, other European language knowledge a plus

  • Experience in Supply Chain is preferred
